Please note that there will also be an event pass that needs to be purchased so you can attend the event and partake in the festivities per resort policies. So please let us know if you've booked at another resort so we can send you the proper info!
Booked your stay at Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach but didnât use Destify? No worries! Just let Matt or Kace know, and weâll make sure the resort adds you to our wedding group.
For those with interline discounts, AA offers a crew discount, but youâll need to contact and book directly with the resort.

Transportation--
There are two transportation companies we recommend, one is Project Expeditions and the other is Tropical Incentives. Below are the links you can copy and paste to schedule your own transportation based on your flights. If you have any questions, please let Matt or Kace know.

Follow these steps to book your round-trip airport transfer:
From: Select Type â Airport. Enter airport code CUN (Cancun International Airport).
To: Select Type â Hotel. Choose Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancun (make sure to select the correct hotel from the list).
Click Round-Trip.
Enter your flight arrival time and number of passengers.
Select your vehicle type and click Search.
Your options will appear â choose your outbound and return transfers.
On the next screen, enter your flight number and additional details.
Decide if you'd like to add insurance to your booking.
Final step: Submit your payment information to complete your reservation.

Hotel Accommodations--Book your stay by June 7, 2025! âł Reservations are subject to resort availability, so the sooner you book, the better! Lock in your room rate earlyâyouâll keep that price even if rates go up.
You can pay in full or make payments up until 65 days before the event. A $150 deposit per person (regardless of age) is required at booking.

đ¨ Not staying at the resort? Youâll need a Day of Event pass to join the fun! This pass is valid from 5:30 PM â 11:30 PM and costs $237 per adult and $119 per child.
Dinner Menu-- Dinner is served⌠but we need your picks first! đ˝ď¸ Please scan the QR code on the RSVP card to select your meal. If you need the link, just let us knowâweâre happy to send it your way (thanks to some tech limitations, we couldnât add an extra linkâwhoops! đ).
Important: If you have any food allergies, please be sure to list them when filling out the form. Each guestâincluding kiddosâneeds their own submission.
Babysitters- Want the wedding night off? The resort offers babysitting services so you can enjoy some kid-free time! Rates are $20 USD per hour for one child or $30 USD per hour for two, plus a $10 USD transportation fee for the nanny. Babysitting takes place in-room or at the kids' club (based on availability), but not by the pool or beach.
Plan ahead! Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advanceâearlier is even better. To book, simply contact the resort concierge.
